We are a dispatch-style men’s esthetic salon. Our services are available
in a variety of areas including Okachimachi, Ueno, Akihabara, and
Kinshicho.

1. Make a Reservation Please contact us
by phone(070-2261-5567) or LINE (luminous-tokyo) and provide the following details:

– Preferred date and time
– Therapist name (or “no preference”)
– Course duration
– Your contact number

2. Before the Session After checking into your hotel or rental room,
please let us know your room number. If you expect to be delayed,
kindly inform us as soon as possible. As our service involves travel
time, please ensure your room reservation is slightly longer than
your selected course. (e.g., 60-minute course → reserve a 90-minute
room) Hotel and room extension fees are to be covered by the
customer.

3. Therapist Dispatch Your therapist will be dispatched to your
location. Upon arrival, please pay the course fee and complete a
short consent form.

4. Enjoy Your Treatment Please relax and enjoy your session with our
professional therapist.

Our salon does not provide any medical treatments or sexual services.
The following guidelines are in place to ensure a safe and pleasant
experience for all guests and staff. By making an inquiry or
reservation, you are considered to have agreed to these terms.

– Changes or cancellations are not accepted after a reservation is made.
– The schedule may change if a therapist is unwell or unavailable.
– Requests for services outside the listed course content cannot be accommodated.
– Improper behavior, indecent remarks, or unwanted physical contact are strictly prohibited.
– Requests for sexual or adult services will not be accepted.
– If a therapist feels threatened or unsafe, the session may be ended immediately.
– Therapists reserve the right to decline service if they deem it inappropriate.
– Please wear the provided disposable underwear and refrain from excessive exposure.
– Requests for excessive or prolonged focus on one area are not allowed.
– Service may be refused for guests who are intoxicated, have large tattoos, or are under medical treatment.
– Guests with heart disease, diabetes, or infectious diseases, or those with pacemakers, cannot be served.
– Persons affiliated with anti-social organizations or using illegal substances are not permitted.

If any of the above applies, we may decline service. If such behavior
occurs during a session, the treatment will be immediately terminated
and considered a customer cancellation. Please note that no refunds will
be provided in such cases.

If you have a medical condition such as heart disease, high blood
pressure, or diabetes, we may need to adjust or decline your treatment.
We appreciate your understanding that we cannot take responsibility for
any health issues that arise after the session.

Please take care of your personal belongings.
We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.

– Recruiting or scouting therapists
– Exchanging personal contact information with therapists
– Inviting or soliciting therapists outside the salon’s arrangements
– Inquiring into a therapist’s private life or stalking behavior
– Receiving treatment without taking a shower beforehand
– Use of offensive language, threats, or violence
– Engaging in acts outside the listed treatment content
– Using personal adult tools or equipment
– Unauthorized photography, video, or audio recording
– Touching or taking staff property without permission
– Moving to a location where contact cannot be maintained
– Forcing the therapist to stay after the service time has ended

If any of these actions are observed, the session will be terminated
immediately. In serious cases, we may take legal action as appropriate.
